Life t 23 yrs of age and above and that too spent at Sydney... Its heaven.....

Keep past as memories, don't open them up, future let it come and present....!!! open it, explore it, Live every part of it and Explore every moment of it. That what I learnt when I came to Sydney all by myself. I booked the ticket, packed my bags, took my passport, money, wallet laptop, charger etc... my Nokia Navigtor Mobile too... What I missed was only my Optus Mobile.. Wow!!! only my optus mobile?? I can't believe it... Its not that Important as I have my Nokia Navigator with me. Nick of the time (7.54am).. Transfered money, purchased the ticket to Brisbane Airport. Train arrives at 08.04am. amazing isnt it?? yes that how my journey to Sydney started.

I just want to relive the moments of my life that I spent in Sydney. So of-course its understandable on why am I focusing on every little aspect of joy....

I got down from the plane at Sydney Airport and made my way reading SIGNS leading to Sydney Train Station. Ganesh you are reading signs for the direction and not asking people?? wow that's really very interesting to know.. Reached the Station in 10 mins... (Shocked!! :O) Yes Its First time Sydney so obviously I do
n't know the ticketing system here. I called up my Uncle and asked him how should I approach his place. All he said was which train to catch and get down at which station and change the train from where I get down to catch another running machine to approach his destination at which he will meet me.. I purchased the ticket to WEST RYDE station. Came out and asked the ticket checker of how to go into the platform. as the passage was blocked. All I had to do was to insert the ticket from the side, which comes out from top of the steel box which opens the blocked passage. I was wooowwwed seeing the train and remembered DCH movie. Silly isn't it?? yes its true.. I got into the train which had a STAIRCASE to sit on the upper side of the train and staircase which led to the bottom side of the train for seating... and Got down at Central Station..... As I saw this Station all I could remember was the Dadar Station look, VT station look and the Bandra Station look... Its very similar.. So many tracks entangled... So many tracks leading to different paths n ways.. Wow... I went down the Subway searching for Platform number 18... The funniest part was that the signs were confusing so I ended up asking a lady.. She was a nice lady, fair complexion around 6 feet.. (back to my journey.. :P) She also read the signs and was confused. Because the arrow the sign showed was towards right but it was actually a wall.. haha.. then a little ahead there was another sign which showed the direction this time RIGHT Direction towards Platform 18. I then waited for the train which came in 15 mins.. and I took approx 25 mins to reach West Ryde. Where I met my uncle and his friend. I stayed at Uncle's Friend's place that day. I was Horribly tired. I got fresh had lunch and dozed off in no time.... at around 7pm uncle picked me up from the place I was staying to his house for dinner.

To Be Continued...

(Continued on 13th - 14th Feb '10)

On the way to his house he took me to a place which was a actually top of a cliff kind of hill or something from where the Sunset was just amazing. the slope that goes down from the top is actually a garden.. An open garden where there were kids playing. I remembered my childhood days where I played in the garden. We spent around 10 15 mins feeling the sunset and the breeze which felt like its hugging you. Then after sometime we left tow
ards his house. As soon as uncle parked his car he asked me whether I am scared of dogs. I was frankly freezing inside because i have never bought at my the whole life. I said I am fine and entered inside the house as he opened. The dog started barking waving its tail and came running to smell me and to lick me. hahahaha the moment was amazing but I was still freezing inside.
(Well frankly I am not really scared of them but its enthusiasm and joy of meeting a new person is to such an high extent that I end up becoming scared.. hahahaha.... anyways back to my story...)
I met aunt in the house too.. She didn't seem excited about me coming she was normal and just like "ohhh what big deal".. kinda Its not wrong of course its the mentality of the people here. Yes it was new to me. Later on I went outside to the balcony sat down and was chatting with uncle. The dog came and was smelling me top to bottom.. why I dont know but it was smelling me and for a long time. and later on it even sat next to me..
hahaha.. Then when its excitement came down I touched it and was just touching it on the head.. (dog is Labrador and is 4 yrs old)... After the chit chat uncle said me to come inside for dinner.... wow.. I was excited... why?? because first I was really hungry.. and secondly was waiting to know what was made for dinner.. I know its kinda dumb but sorry folks I was.. I had Idli, Sambar, Rice, some curry etc.. WOW... not only Indian but South Indian food... yummy.... Its just amazing... I loved it.... Enjoyed the food to the fullest.. and I was so much in joy that I was full with both joy and food.. LOL.... Then after dinner me and uncle gossiped for a little while and then left from there. He dropped me back to his friend's place. I went home and the guy was not there but luckily I had the keys.. I waited for him and after he came he put a mattress out along with 2 pillows in the hall for me. I too helped him.. Then I just dozed off and slept... The worst part was now... I could nor sleep properly.. because my back just below my right shoulder was swollen badly and was paining like hell.. How I slept?? god knows.....

26th January

That morning I got up at 8.30am because the guy woke me up... I got up.. we had a small chat and he told me as to how to go and see places.. the
world most amazing places Wildlife n Aquarium and the Heaven Opera house and the Harbor Bridge. Wow eyes widened reading about the place right, isnt it?? Yes that how I was too and was excited.. But believe me folks I ended up going to bed back after we chatted..

Shit.... I know how it feels like... Opera house and harbor bridge wow.. yeah.. etc.. but then I am b
ack to bed now... hahaha... Yes.. on this day I was full day at home..... and the best part about that day... is on that day India celebrates "Republic day" and Australia Celebrates "Australia Day".... hahha both the countries got free from British that day... funny..... I slept till about 12pm..... got up.. brushed my teeth got fresh..etc.. and had tea... then watched a movie... "Dus Kahaniyan" starring Sanjay Dutt and many other lead actors n actresses. Wondering what is this person doing?? he has come to Sydney and is watching some stupid bollywood movie!!.. huh!!...
I had no choice because was horribly tired... and my back gave way.... So, In short 26th January 2010 completely scrapped....

27th January..... (the day I was woowweed and happy both)

I got up at 12pm in the afternoon..... brushed, daily routines etc... and the got ready.. left the house at 12.45pm.......

I went towards the station I saw 501 bus which read "Town Hall" on top.... I went inside and told the driver I want a "Day tripper".. He said $18.20 I reached my wallet and took out my Debit card like a stupid to pay then realised that the stupid thing I made... I got down told him to wait a minute went to the nearby shop purchased two coke bottles in -rder to take cash out... I came out and saw the bus left.. I was silent... and was dull... :( then I had no choice other than to catch the train.. So i went up the stairs towards the station and climbed up the bridge... There was a small shop there and asked him from where can I purchase a ticket.. He pointed to his right and said to go to the back on his right.. I followed his instructions b
ut was lost as there was a ticket counter right next to the shop.. I was having question mark.. ??? glowing... hehe.. ok.. I took a breath and saw at the back and then I said haa.. here it is.. then went there and took "day tripper".. later the next thing came to my mind was ..
"I knew in the start that I had to catch the train then why the hell did I try to catch the bus and then in-order to do that I spent about 6 odd dollars for on a coke to get cash out.. shit"..
But this was soon wiped off seeing the screen because it said "2 mins for the train".. I went down the stairs on platform 1 from where I took the train... I was only and only Excited to explore the place, Enjoy the beauty of nature and man made things and just get relaxed.... Caught the train which had STAIRS inside as mentioned earlier
... and was just enjoying it.. Starting few stations I was sitting on the upper side and then I went down the stairs and sat down.. wow.. I was jumping inside my heart like a kid.... It was simply amazing...... I gave my mom a buzz and she called... I told her about my joy.. She was just happy.. to hear my voice... I was extremely happy and I wished her to be here sitting next to me.. Yes I did become emotional... the feeling was just amazing.. I felt light... felt great.... Then I hung up the phone as I was traveling in train in secondly the network gave way in between... Then by this time i reached "Central Station" which looks like Dadar Terminus of Bombay/Mumbai.. The nest Station was here I wanted to get down called "Town Hall".. But not knowing that station to be next and not understanding the master saying which station it is I was sitll sitting in the train.. As the train started moving I saw on the wall written "Town Hall" (TH) ... I was embarrassed Kinda.. seeing my excitement heheh.. :P

Then I got down at the next station called "Wynyard" and just had to go on the other side of the platform (like platform 2 and 3 joined so just have to go to the other end to the platform) and waited for a train to come which came in no time and FINALLY...... got down at TH station.....

hoo... wow made it... great.... around 2.30pm I was there. I came out of the station and was just lost f
or a minute or two... I was stunned to see a crowded place which is obviously not seen in Gold coast.. I looked around and also took a round from the place I was stating.. wow... Ohh yes as I got down from TH station I took the stairs up.. as the station from TH onwards are all UNDERGROUND (Very much).... wow.. lovely... I took the stairs up and followed the signs.. outside.. on my way of the station there was a mall... meaning the station was actually below the mall.. wow.... just amazing... after coming out and taking a round from my place, the reason that place is called TH because there is a huge tower like thing which has a watch on it... WOW.. can You guess a very similar thing in India coming out of the station on seeing a clock on top?? I guess You got it.. If not don't worry will tell you.. haha.. Its the VT station.... then I walked on the footpath crossed the road parallel to the main road.. and.. and... and..... saw Queen Victoria sitting on a chair... WOW.............. Queen Victoria???? on a chair?? cant believe right?? yes... she was.. But not in person her STATUE... ahhahaha..... it was the Queen Victoria's Statue....

Amazing right?? I was too, seeing the statue... then later on I again crossed the road and went to the same place I came from clicked another photo of the statue with the building next to it... Yes the its the Queen Victoria Building and the Queen's statue outside the building.....

Beautiful Isnt it?? It was jus awesome and I was totally smiley smiley... hehehe.. :) :) :)
